Jess is the 'academic' (rational/over-calculating/hand-brake/analyser) of the business and as such, oversees wine production, sales, marketing, orders, accounts, social media, branding, website, bookkeeping, product development, logistics, transport, administration etc. Her favourite part though is the days she get to work in the vineyard or sheep yards, and hearing the wine has made someone happy.
