100% of profits got to Rafiki Mwema, a therapeutic safe house in Kenya for young girls and boys who have suffered horrific abuse.
1 bottle = A care worker for 1 day
6 bottles = Medical supplies for 1 week
12 bottles = Sends 1 child to school for 1 whole year
24 bottles = Feeds 35 children for 1 week
NOTE – Rafiki wines have a minimum 6 bottle order – mix and match Pinot Grigio/Shiraz quantities how you like.

Can the box be ordered to give as a gift?
Of course. Just advise in the special notes section on checkout. We also have super cute Rafiki Christmas Cards for purchase that can have a special handwritten note on request.
What is the minimum order?
Rafiki Zabibu wines are shipped in groups of 6 and you can mix and match however you like.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Square to process online payments using your chosen credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express).
We also accept (and encourage) bank transfers. By choosing bank transfer, we can give an additional 2.2% from each sale to Rafiki Mwema and not to Square (i.e $7.40 from a dozen Shiraz). Rafiki needs it more than Square do.

When does my order need to be in by? When will my order arrive?
We are still taking orders for our Christmas Rafiki Wine Drive however depending on your location we can’t guarantee delivery prior to Christmas. At the moment running times have been quite good so there is every chance. Our Rafiki Mwema products will be dispatched as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of RAFIKI orders, please be patient with our small team.
If we have all learnt anything this year, it is that delivery networks can experience challenges. We are unable to provide delivery guarantees for transport networks out of our control.

Who do you use to deliver?
Our chosen carrier is Aramex. We also send via Australia Post, pending your location and running times of each service. We keep in touch with both of our providers and aim to navigate getting your delivery to you as fast as we can.
Where we can, we will also be delivering some boxes personally to save on the postage costs. This way we can donate more funds directly to Rafiki Mwema.
