Rafiki Zabibu FAQs

Can the box be ordered to give as a gift?
Of course. Just advise in the special notes section on checkout.

What is the minimum order?
Rafiki Zabibu wines are shipped in groups of 6 and you can mix and match however you like.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Square to process online payments using your chosen credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express).

We also accept (and encourage) bank transfer. By choosing bank transfer, we can give an additional 2.2% from each sale to Rafiki Mwema and not to Square (i.e $7.40 from a dozen Shiraz). Rafiki needs it more than Square does.

When does my order need to be in by? When will my order arrive?

Currently, we are keeping up and are dispatching as orders are received.

If we have all learnt anything this year, it is that delivery networks are about as uncertain as a potential vaccine for COVID-19. We are unable to provide delivery guarantees for transport networks out of our control.

Who do you use to deliver?
Our chosen carrier is Aramex (formerly Fastway). Should you prefer Australia Post, please contact us for a shipping quotation.
Where we can, we will also be delivering some boxes personally to save on the postage costs, so more funds can go directly to Rafiki Mwema.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
Please contact me, Jess at Farmer & The Scientist directly for any queries about your order. Email info@farmerandthescientist.com and quote your order number.
