Heathcote Gin is a local take on craft gins, using botanicals of Victoria’s best-known wine region – Heathcote. We have partnered with these guys to form the Shiraz part of their delish Shiraz Gin.

Tasting notes The perfect ‘Heathcote’ collaboration and the first of its kind. Hand-processed shiraz grapes and small-batch fermented for maximum flavour, with a combination of Heathcote botanicals that delivers a delicious combination of local flavours. The Shiraz comes through loud and clear on the palate, albeit in a lighter version that really spruikes the red fruits. Shiraz. Gin. No brainer.
Serving suggestion A definite must-try neat (no ice). Be brave, you will be surprised how easy it goes down. Option B, go for neat over some refreshing ice and a twist of lemon. Alternatively, this makes for an interesting & snazzy version of the contemporary G&T
Garnish Lemon or orange segment, a sprig of rosemary or aromatic thyme really highlights the savoury characters of the Gin
