Description
Method
Fermented at low temperature to maximise fruit potential and bottled within the year of vintage capturing bright fruit and fresh acidity.
Results
Grenache is proving ideal for Heathcote’s warmer climate. The resulting Rosé is fresh and fragrant, with intense red fruit and Watermelon candy notes. If Strawberry Shortcake drank wine, this would be her go-to.
Conclusion
Australia is home to the oldest productive Grenache vines in the world dating back to the 1800s. A dream to work with, it consistently produces fragrant, soft, flavourful Rosés.
