Pinot Gris was harvested from a small planting perched upon the prized red soils of the Heathcote Mt Camel range. A single batch was fermented to dryness, then bottled fresh – ready in time for spring.
Our warm climate influence produces juicy stone fruit flavours in Pinot Gris. The wine is dry with light spice, calm acidity, and a full, fresh finish.
Grigio style wines are being swept up far and wide by those in the know. Newbies embrace them easily, old-hats enjoy them knowingly. Grigio loves sunshine and easy food. Jump in, this is one new wave you will want to ride.
