Description

Method

Fermented at low temperature to maximise fruit potential and aromatics. We purposely don’t reduce to full dryness because that’s the way, ah-hah, ah-hah, we like it, ah-hah.

Results

Think tropical fruit salad in a glass. Lively and aromatic with passionfruit and white peach flavours. Off-dry with juicy acidity for a full, round finish.

Conclusion

Heathcote’s warmer climate expresses ripe stone-fruit flavours in Sauvignon Blanc. Just for fun, we have created a faintly sweet little franken-fruit monster – charming S.B and non-S.B drinkers alike. Don’t generally partake in the Savvy B?? That’s ok, you’re gonna love this one!
