Fermented at low temperature to maximise fruit potential and bottled within the year of vintage capturing bright fruit and fresh acidity.
Results
We harvest our Grenache earlier in the season for Rosé to capture the bright fruit and crunchy acidity within the grapes. We bottle fresh within the year of vintage, in perfect time for summer.
Conclusion
Australia is home to the oldest productive Grenache vines in the world – dating back to the 1800s. Grenache gives fruity, soft, flavorful Rosés that work consistently well with, or without, food.
